3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
• Share all necessary content, access credentials, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure that any materials provided (text, images, logos, data) do not violate third-party rights.

Delays caused due to missing inputs or approvals from the client may affect project timelines and Rocketize shall not be held responsible for such delays.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
• Advance payments, once made, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Delayed payments may result in project pause or suspension of services.
• Prices do not include government taxes unless specified.

Rocketize reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing services with prior notice.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

• Revisions are limited to what is mentioned in the proposal or package.
• Any additional changes, features, or scope beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.
• Change requests must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables.
• Rocketize retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.
• All concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Rocketize.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary, business, or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

Rocketize may use third-party tools or platforms (hosting providers, ad platforms, analytics tools, etc.). Rocketize is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

9. Performance Disclaimer

While Rocketize applies industry-best practices, we do not guarantee:

• Specific sales, leads, rankings, or revenue outcomes.
• Immediate results from SEO or marketing campaigns.

Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, and client involvement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rocketize shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of business, data, revenue, or reputation.
• Issues arising from client-provided content or instructions.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• Completed work up to the termination date will be billed.
• No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
• Rocketize reserves the right to stop services immediately in case of non-payment or policy violation.

12. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the website for unlawful or harmful activities.

Rocketize reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

13. Governing Law
