Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read our policy on cancellations and refunds carefully.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all services provided by Rocketize Media, including but not limited to website development, website maintenance, social media management, and digital advertising services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related platforms).
By engaging with our services or making a payment, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
General Policy (No Refunds)
All payments made to Rocketize Media are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded, regardless of project status, usage, delays, dissatisfaction, or change of requirements.
Website Development Payment Terms
Website development projects follow a milestone-based payment structure:
- 20% of the total quoted amount must be paid in advance to initiate the project.
- 30% of the total quoted amount must be paid before the website is made live.
- 50% of the total quoted amount must be paid immediately after the website is live and fully functional.
Failure to complete payments as per the above milestones may result in project delays, suspension, or termination. No refunds will be issued for partially completed or completed work.
Website Maintenance & Recurring Payments
- Website maintenance fees must be paid in full in advance for the selected billing period.
- EMI options may be utilized only if available through the payment gateway.
- Maintenance services will not be initiated or continued without successful payment.
- No refunds will be provided for maintenance fees once paid.
Social Media Management & Advertising Services
- Full payment must be made in advance before initiating any social media management or advertising services (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms).
- No work will commence without full payment confirmation.
- No refunds will be provided once payment is made, irrespective of campaign performance, results, or early termination by the client.
- Advertising platform charges, budgets, or third-party fees are also non-refundable.
Cancellation of Services
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice. However:
- Cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund.
- Any pending or outstanding payments must still be cleared as per the agreed terms.
- Access to services may be discontinued upon cancellation.
Changes to This Policy
Rocketize Media reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
